Hayden Foster

Founder and CEO

As a native Floridian, Hayden grew up on the water. So when he and co-founder Douglas Ta set out to build something, he went back to what he knew. Currently, Hayden is finishing his dual master’s degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering with a background at SpaceX, Rovex, and Engineering Ministries International. Before founding Kaiyu, he built two nonprofits, Socks, Sacks and Supper and Engage Florida, in order to tackle the problems in his community. Now, he’s set his sights on the ocean.
